User Experience Design of E-learning Platform Based on APEC-SEM Modeling

Abstract

The work aims to enhance the satisfaction of students with the e-learning platform experience and make designers accurately focus and prioritise their designs to improve the user experience and promote the sustainable development of the platform. A structural equation was introduced based on the APEC user experience model and then a user experience design framework for e-learning products was proposed. Firstly, by combing the theoretical model with interviews, the design factors influencing the e-learning experience were extracted. Secondly, a structural equation model of e-learning platform user experience was built through questionnaire. Then, the influence weight of each design factor was calculated to derive design priorities and design strategies. The user experience design framework based on the APEC model and the structural equation model is constructed and then applied to the experience design of e-learning platform for university students, which improves the user experience level of the e-learning platform and offers reference for relevant experience design research.
