Abstract

The work aims to explore the system framework construction and conceptual design of mobile health service stations in scenic areas based on rail transportation, in response to the inconvenience caused by the tourism boom for tourists to use the restroom during their travels. By analyzing the toileting needs and behaviors of users during tourism in scenic areas, a series of problems encountered by tourists during the use of public toilets in scenic areas were summarized. In the form of a user journey map, the key value points of mobile health service stations in scenic areas based on rail transportation were explored, and the system design strategies were proposed. The information framework and overall model were constructed for the operation system of mobile health service stations in scenic areas based on rail transportation, and based on this, the conceptual design was carried out for the track and station, the structure and function of the service station box, and the application mini program in the system. Through the system design of mobile health service stations in scenic areas based on rail transportation, a new model has been explored for the construction of public toilets in scenic areas, which has to some extent solved the problems that may arise during the inconvenient use of toilets by tourists in scenic areas and other usage processes.
