Abstract
The work aims to analyze the service capabilities and overall planning of existing digital research achievement management platforms, to provide feasible optimization solutions for the subsequent improvement of domestic research achievement management platforms with using user experience as the theoretical foundation. In response to the current imperfect user experience, information interaction, and platform planning of digital research achievement management platforms, questionnaire surveys and user interviews were conducted to obtain user feedback on the functionality of research achievement management platforms and systematic requirements for innovative design. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the research results were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed. Through calculation and verification, judgment matrices and weight calculation results were obtained. Finally, based on the ranking results, innovative optimization strategies for research achievement management platforms were proposed from the perspective of user experience. After calculating and analyzing the user experience requirements of the research achievement management platform with the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the weighted overall ranking of user feedback on the functionality of the research achievement management platform during its usage, as well as the systematic requirements for innovative design of the research achievement management platform by users were obtained. Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the analysis results of the top four weighted factors (simplified operation paths, flexibility, operational consistency, visual adaptation) are used as a basis for systematically analyzing the optimization of the platform. Corresponding optimization paths for user experience services are proposed to provide reference for subsequent optimization of research achievement management platforms from the perspective of user experience.
