Abstract

The work aims to systematically study the functional requirements of the APP for fruit integration among fruit farmers, merchants and consumers and design the functions of the APP for fruits on the basis of data analysis, so as to solve the contradictory problems such as poor shopping experience of consumers and untimely communication between fruit farmers and merchants in the process of purchasing, marketing and consumption of fruits at present. The KJ method and KANO and four-quadrant models were used to extract the pre-design elements. The KJ method was used to obtain the functional requirements of the three groups of consumers, fruit farmers and merchants, and organize the list of their respective requirements. The KANO model was established to set up positive and negative questionnaires for the acquired functional requirements, calculate the Better-Worse coefficient of each functional requirement item of the above three groups through the data, and design the APP of fruits based on the results obtained. The current functional requirements of consumers, fruit farmers and merchants for fruit APP were clarified, the functional requirements were converted into design elements, and the matching design solutions were put forward, which played a better role in enhancing consumers' shopping and consumption experience and meeting the realistic requirements of fruit farmers and merchants. The design of fruit APP based on the KJ method, KANO model, four-quadrant model can effectively avoid the subjective bias of the designers, which is conducive to a more accurate and smooth realization of the three major groups of fruit farmers, merchants, and consumers in the communication and coordination of interests, and at the same time, better for the health of the consumers.
