Abstract
The work aims to explore the experience design strategy of the developer toolchain, and solve the problems of the lack of system design specifications, high business access threshold, and insufficient independent research and development capabilities of the developer toolchain in the context of China's digital transformation. Using data analysis methods, user interview methods, and case study methods, the characteristic elements and system framework of digital transformation were summarized and analyzed, the business demands of developers, user portraits and developer journeys were excavated, the experience elements of case products were analyzed, and their design rules were summarized. As a result, a system framework supported by the background of "quality-efficiency-experience" was constructed, the characteristics and development path of developer tool chain were summarized, and an integrated, middle-platform, and modular experience design strategy was proposed. As the "new infrastructure" for digital transformation, developer toolchains have enormous development potential. Building a developer toolchain experience design strategy in the context of digital transformation can help promote the integration of design and development, reduce business barriers in toolchain design, improve the efficiency of digital product development, and assist enterprises in achieving high-quality digital transformation.
