Abstract

The work aims to analyze the problems related to the easy damage of packaged light bulb products during transportation and propose improved design solutions. Firstly, the existing light bulb packaging was studied and analyzed to identify design points; the AHP was used to analyze user needs, and causal chain, fault tree and other related path in TRIZ theory were utilized to analyze the problems. Secondly, based on the problem localization results, the material-field model analysis method was used to optimize the design of the light bulb packaging. Finally, the gray correlation method GRA was used to optimize the design solution. Based on three theories, users were analyzed, problems were solved, and solutions were optimized, thus designing a universal light bulb packaging box that could be applied to most light bulbs on the market. By applying the TRIZ/AHP/GRA theory, innovative design of light bulb packaging has been successfully carried out, effectively solving the current packaging problems and providing valuable ideas and references for practical applications.
