Abstract

The work aims to explore the feasibility strategies of WeChat mini program design by understanding the current development status and functional characteristics of WeChat mini programs. By using literature review, interview, and case study methods, the current development status and characteristics of WeChat mini programs were analyzed briefly and the interactive design strategies of mini programs were explored. With the "Graduation Commemoration" mini program design as a case study, the interactive design of mini programs was investigated. Through the research on WeChat mini program design strategies based on improvement of user experience, it is ultimately clear that in the process of designing and planning WeChat mini programs, designers should not only fully understand the basic service demands of the public for the product, but also explore the shortcomings of WeChat mini program design from the perspective of user needs, and always focus on simplifying task interaction processes and enhancing sensory and emotional experiences, continuously optimizing the functionality and effectiveness of the product, in order to reflect the superiority of the linkage between product functionality and details in user experience.
