The work aims to investigate the design of eye-controlled interaction paradigms based on design ergonomics, and analyze its key design factors and optimization strategies, so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the precision, efficiency, and user experience of eye-controlled systems. Starting from the concept of design ergonomics, and in combination with the basic principles of eye movement interaction, three core dimensions:interface optimization, interaction action design, and gaze click enhancement were proposed to analyze their ergonomic optimization strategies and technical implementations. Then, the latest advancements in eye-controlled interaction technologies, particularly in sensor performance, intention recognition, and multi-modal integration were reviewed, while highlighting challenges related to recognition accuracy, standardization, and user experience optimization. In conclusion, the ergonomic-based design of eye-controlled interaction paradigms significantly enhances system performance and user experience, providing a solid theoretical and practical foundation for efficient and natural eye-controlled interaction design.
