Abstract

The COVID-19 epidemic has increased the frequency of people choosing home fitness. More and more researchers are beginning to pay attention to personal fitness in home scenarios. By combining somatosensory interaction with smart fitness, research on somatosensory smart fitness products for individuals at home demonstrates broad applications prospects and important academic value. Through summarizing the literature publication overview in related fields, the work sorted out the core technologies and classifications of somatosensory interaction, and elaborated on the hierarchical model of intelligent fitness product interaction design based on somatosensory technology, focusing on the action recognition, action judgment, action understanding and action feedback of somatosensory intelligent fitness. The current problems and future development trends of somatosensory smart fitness products were summarized. In conclusion, the development of motion-sensing technology brings new opportunities to the fitness industry. At present, the interaction of motion-sensing intelligent fitness products should focus on three aspects:accurate identification and feedback, entertainment and personalized, richness and sustainability. Additionally, combining multi-modal, multi-technology and multi-scene approaches will gradually develop the interaction of motion-sensing intelligent fitness products to a higher level of immersive fitness interactive experience.
