Abstract
In order to promote the standardization and large-scale development of pig breeding, improve the uniformity of fattening pig farrowing and breeding efficiency, the work aims to design an automatic pig weighing and dividing equipment by combining the user's demands and the concept of animal welfare. The three design methods of AHP, QFD and TRIZ were comprehensively applied. Firstly, user's demands were collected and analyzed by AHP for decision-making, and the priority of the demands was clarified. Then, QFD was applied to analyze the relationship between user's demands and technical requirements and determine the importance of the technical requirements. Finally, TRIZ theory was applied to analyze and solve the design contradictions and guide the design process of the product. Under the guidance of the three methods, the innovative design of the automatic weighing and dividing equipment was completed. The design solution effectively enhanced the functionality and intelligence level of the equipment, and also significantly improved the user experience and operational efficiency. The innovative design of breeding equipment based on this process can pay practical attention to user's demands and animal welfare, improve the practicality and adaptability of the equipment, provide effective design ideas and theoretical support for the technological progress and equipment update of the modern pig breeding industry, and is expected to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the animal husbandry industry.
