Abstract
The work aims to study the monitoring method of the low back fatigue state of sedentary workers who work with computers, and put forward the fatigue monitoring classification model and product design application. Based on the design concept of "people-orientation", an man-machine experiment was carried out with the experimental method. In the experiment, the pressure signal of the seat surface and buttocks and the Borg value of subjective fatigue of sedentary workers who used computers were collected, and then the collected subjective and objective data were deeply analyzed, and the fatigue of workers was evaluated. Experimental results showed thatthe sum of sitting-pressure data (RS) was negatively correlated with subjective fatigue, while the sitting-pressure center movement velocity (TPV) and linear travel distance (SLD) were positively correlated with subjective fatigue. The above pressure center motion locus eigenvalues (RS, TPV, SLD) showed significant correlation with Borg value of subjective fatigue (P<0.01). In summary, it is verified that there is a significant correlation between the subjective fatigue perception and the characteristic values of the pressure center motion trajectory, especially the sum of hip pressure data and the pressure center motion speed. In this paper, a model for identifying sedentary fatigue based on hip body pressure characteristics is proposed, and the subjective evaluation criteria and body pressure characteristics are proposed to beintegrated into the design and application of sedentary fatigue monitoring.
