Abstract

The current usage rate of health stations is relatively low or even idle, mainly due to difficulties in operation and incomplete service systems, resulting in poor user experience. The work aims to introduce a scenario analysis method to deeply explore user needs to optimize the service system of health stations, and improve the user experience of health stations on the premise of meeting user health management needs. Firstly, in the problem scenario, the scenario analysis method was introduced in field research to establish a situational role model, and a scenario script was formulated for in-depth situational interviews to obtain analytical data; Secondly, in the solving scenario, the grounded theory and factor analysis method were used to code the scenario analysis data and establish a hierarchy of requirements; Finally, in the outcome scenario, the AHP method was used to construct a user experience hierarchy model, generate demand weight ranking, and obtain user experience design strategies; According to the design strategy, the hardware, operating interface, and mobile application design scheme of the health station was output. In conclusion, under the guidance of the scenario design process, this article obtains a more complete understanding of user implicit needs, summarizes the influencing factors of the user experience of health stations, drives the shift from "function oriented" to "service oriented", and produces design solutions that better meet user needs. It also provides new ideas for optimizing public product design.
