Abstract

The work aims to sort out and synthesize the current situation of the quality control theory and system for community-based aging services. The issues of quality control system for community-based aging services were discussed from the levels of Chinese and international models, current status of quality control, and theoretical methods of quality control of community-based aging services. The existing research on quality control of community-based aging services was summarized, and suggestions were made to build an interdisciplinary analytical framework for the formation of quality evaluation and control based on the exploration of needs. It is pointed out that strengthening the innovation of service model and the application of quality measurement technology is the focus and direction of research in the face of the diversified needs of the elderly and the reality of service quality improvement, which is of great significance to the realization of the improvement of the quality control level of community-based aging services in China.
