Abstract

In view of the low intention of users for clinic APP, the work aims to explore the influencing factors and mechanisms of the intention of users for clinic APP, and propose corresponding design strategies based on the influencing mechanisms, so as to improve the intention of users for clinic APP. Based on the technology acceptance model, ISS theory and planned behavior theory, a model of factors influencing the intention of users was constructed with information quality, trust degree and emotional response as latent variables. With this model, the relationship between variables was explored and the mediating effect between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use was examined. Finally, based on the questionnaire results of 106 respondents, the partial least square (PLS-SEM) structural equation model was used for empirical research. Information quality, trust degree and emotional response were the key factors affecting users' intention to use, and the significant mediating effect between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use was verified. According to the data results, design strategies to enhance the user experience of the clinic APP are proposed, including the usage-oriented desi gn strategy, the ease-oriented design strategy and the placidity-oriented design strategy, which provides further reference for the optimization design of the clinic APP.
