Abstract

The work aims to propose a user experience-oriented design study to optimize the medical care equipment of premature infants and improve the nursing experience of premature infants and their parents. Firstly, combining the design thinking of design matterology and the service design method, the innovative process of premature infants care service design was constructed. Secondly, through the design analysis of user research, cause analysis, target system induction, interaction within the target system and other factors, the design optimization of the contact point was carried out, and the rationality of the design was verified by design evaluation. A product service system integrating premature infants care equipment, nursing process and interactive mode was developed. This study can provide reference for the development of premature infants care solutions, provide a path for the innovation of premature infants care models, provide a product basis for the construction of intelligent service system in the field of premature infants care, and provide a reference for the architecture of personalized medical evaluation systems for premature infants. At the same time, the organic integration of design matterology and service design not only innovates in the process and method of service design, but also enriches the application field of design matterology.
