Abstract
The work aims to study the requirements for performance test and control of servo systems, combined with the human-computer interaction interface design theory, to improve the system's ease of operation and usability. By analyzing the performance test and control requirements of servo systems, the functional requirements of display, control, and feedback modules were integrated. Following the principles and key elements of human-computer, interaction interface design, combined with user habits and visual perception characteristics, a deep integration design method of the human-computer interaction design theory and the control system theory was proposed, and the main interface and data playback interface were scientifically and reasonably designed. Through usability evaluation and years of practical use verification of the servo system, this test and control device performs well in terms of usability, functionality, and user satisfaction, achieving efficient presentation and interaction of information and effectively meeting the performance test and control needs of the servo system.
