Abstract
As museums shift from traditional display models to audience-centered experiential design, the application of interactive design has become increasingly important. The work aims to explore the ways for interactive design in museum exhibitions to effectively meet the growing demand for engagement from modern audiences and enhance the viewing experience. Through literature analysis and case study, core strategies such as "defamiliarization" experiences, emotion-driven immersive design, gamified interactive design, diverse interactions driven by rapid technological iteration, and social interaction and collaborative experiences were proposed. By applying these strategies, museums could better segment audience needs, choose appropriate technological tools, and enhance audience immersion and interactivity through emotional resonance. In conclusion, interactive design not only enhances the diversity and interactivity of museum exhibitions but also provides systematic reference pathways for future museum exhibition design. It broadens design thinking and creates more opportunities for deep interaction between audiences and culture.
