Current Research Status and Future Development Trends of Intelligent Unmanned Rescue Equipment for Earthquake Disasters

Abstract

The work aims to review the current research status of intelligent unmanned earthquake rescue equipment, with the goal of providing references for the design and development of such equipment. The literature analysis method was adopted to analyze and sort out the relevant research literature and cases of intelligent unmanned rescue equipment in recent years. The review was conducted from three types of equipment of engineering rescue robots, small search and rescue equipment, and intelligent wearable equipment, as well as four supporting technologies of environmental perception, language processing, human-machine interaction, and autonomous control. The existing problems and development trends were also discussed. Through the review of the research results of intelligent unmanned earthquake rescue equipment and supporting technologies, it is found that traditional rescue equipment has problems such as the need for optimization in structural design, improvement in intelligence level, enhancement in performance indicators, and improvement in human-machine ergonomics. It is expected that the development of intelligent unmanned rescue equipment will be advanced in aspects such as multi-purpose structural design, enhancement in equipment intelligence level, improvement in human-machine ergonomics of equipment, and deepening of equipment theoretical research.
