The adaptive utilization of cultural heritage is the common value orientation of its historical survival and current social development needs. With Beijing Xiannongtan as an example, the work aims to carry out digital adaptive utilization research based on value assessment and intelligent information technology, so as to provide an important reference for the adaptive utilization of cultural heritage. In accordance with the research results of cultural heritage value dimensions in China and abroad, combined with the characteristics of Beijing Xiannongtan and the assessment results of experts, the value assessment index system was constructed in three levels, including two first-level indexes, seven second-level indexes, and 22 third-level indexes. User questionnaires were made, and four second-level and seven third-level indexes required to be optimized and upgraded were analyzed by the SPSS software. Digital revitalization research was conducted through intelligent IT capabilities. Relying on the current situation of Beijing Xiannongtan, an integrated online and offline system architecture and programmed interaction framework were designed, and the new mode and path of digital revitalization of cultural heritage in the "six-in-one" mode was explored, including data collection, processing, integration, mining, utilization and presentation. The application of intelligent information technology to carry out research on the digital adaptive utilization of cultural heritage can solve its existing problems and promote the transmission of cultural heritage values at the same time.
