Abstract
The work aims to guide the innovative design and evaluation of children's infusion seats, and optimize the user infusion experience from the user's perspective through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, so as to deal with the current problems of lagging design and poor user experience in children's infusion seats. Firstly, through on-site observation and semi-structured in-depth interviews, the target users were surveyed to obtain first-hand user information. Then, the KJ method was used to integrate and analyze user information, and a hierarchical model for evaluating the design of children's infusion seats was constructed. Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process, a judgment matrix was constructed and the weights of each evaluation indicator were calculated. Then, the ranking of the weights of each evaluation indicator was used to guide the innovative design of children's infusion seats. Finally, the design scheme was tested through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A hierarchical model for the design and evaluation of children's infusion seats was constructed with five dimensions of appearance, function, experience, information, and economy, as well as 20 secondary indicators. The innovative design of children's infusion seats was completed and recognized by experts. Based on this, the current optimization and innovation design focus of children's infusion seats was summarized, including process based information design, nurse patient linkage design, and user care design, for the reference of subsequent design researchers. The application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in the design and analysis of children's infusion seats can effectively guide the design of innovative solutions for children's infusion seats, and can conduct a comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the design plan, improving the rationality and scientificity of the design process of children's infusion seats. At the same time, the hierarchical model for the evaluation of children's infusion seat design constructed in the article can provide a certain reference for subsequent relevant designers in the design and evaluation of children's infusion seats.
