Abstract

The work aims to explore the design of protective equipment after high-altitude falls from the perspective of service design, so as to improve the power safety protection system and ensure that operators can be protected in timely, and thus ensure the personal safety of high-altitude power operators. The existing high-altitude work protective equipment was analyzed, and the necessity of applying service design thinking to the design of high-altitude work protective equipment was clarified; Visual service design tools were used to deeply analyze the psychological and behavioral characteristics of high-altitude workers, refine key design needs, explore core design contacts, and carry out targeted design of high-altitude fall protective airbags for power construction, and verify its protective performance. As a result, a high-altitude wearable protective airbag design for high-altitude electric work is proposed, which could not only enhance the protective performance, but also take into account the compatibility needs of existing high-altitude work protective equipment and the comfortable experience of personnel. In conclusion, integrating the service design thinking into the design of high-altitude work protective equipment and innovatively putting forward a design concept of high-altitude protective equipment provide reference for the exploration of relevant fields.
