High-speed train service has become the focus of increasing research, and the equipment on the way greatly affects the comfort of passengers. The work aims to explore the influence of internal equipment of high-speed trains on passenger satisfaction and the relationship between various factors. The research method of structural equation model was adopted as a whole, and seats, lights, luggage racks and guiding equipment were regarded as exogenous latent variables, and passenger satisfaction was regarded as endogenous latent variables for research and discussion. According to SPSS reliability analysis and Amos structural equation modeling, it was found that seats had a great positive impact on passenger satisfaction, followed by lighting which had a positive impact on passenger satisfaction, while the spatial configuration of luggage racks had an apparent negative impact on passenger satisfaction, which might stem from the spatial configuration relationship between luggage racks and seats:in the limited carriage space, the layout design of luggage racks would occupy the effective usable space of seats, thereby reducing the comfort experience of passengers. In conclusion,this study ranks the design priorities of the internal factors of the subsequent high-speed trains, and determines the factors that have a key impact on passenger satisfaction and the proportion of the influence of each factor subdivision, providing a design basis for the interior designers of high-speed trains.
