The work aims to systematically analyze user's preference factors for traditional cultural elements in the design and application of intangible cultural heritage APPs, and propose interface design paths of traditional handicraft intangible cultural heritage APPs to serve the design optimization of similar products. Based on literature research, the design elements of traditional handicraft APP interfaces were extracted from three dimensions of interface beauty, operation logic and human-computer interaction, and their attributes were sorted out. Then, the factors were taken as evaluation factors, the five-level Likert scale was used to make a questionnaire, and the degree of user's visual preference for the interface was numerically quantified by principal component analysis and factor analysis. The results show that the simplicity and stylization of visual design and the functional and interactive design elements of user experience have the greatest impact on users' sense of interactive experience and intangible cultural heritage value perception. In order to enhance user stickiness and intangible cultural heritage value perception, four design paths of clear and easy to use synergistic functionality, rich and feature-integrated interactivity, compatible narrative of cognition and experience and stylized integration of tradition and modernity are proposed.
