Abstract

The work aims to study how to meet the special needs of consumers for the intelligent packaging of perishable fruits from the multi-dimensional, multi-scene, multi-oriented, multi-context and multi-level system under the background of multiple superposition of experience popularity, digital empowerment, technology blessing and consumption upgrading. Based on the analysis of data science, the intelligent design of perishable fruit packaging is carried out to solve the practical problems of fresh-keeping, anti-corrosion and poor shopping experience of consumers in many aspects in the process of consumption. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), QFD (Quality Function Deployment Model) and other mathematical methods were used to accurately analyze consumer needs. AHP was used to construct hierarchical structure analysis model and judgment matrix, and QFD was used to construct house of quality to establish the relationship between consumer needs and quality characteristics, so as to transform user needs into design elements of intelligent packaging of perishable fruits, so as to provide optimized ideas and practical schemes for intelligent packaging design of perishable fruits. Finally, the functional requirements of consumers for perishable fruit packaging design were clarified, and a matching design scheme was proposed, which could play a good role in improving consumers' shopping and consumption experience and prolonging the preservation time of perishable fruits. Based on the hybrid model of AHP and QFD, the intelligent packaging design of perishable fruits can effectively avoid the subjective assumptions of designers and closely follow the needs of consumers for design transformation, which can more accurately realize the transformation and docking between the market and the needs of consumer groups. Through multi-dimensional intelligent design, the shelf life of perishable fruits can be extended, the waste of resources can be reduced, and the health of consumers can be guaranteed.
