Abstract

The work aims to use AHP-QFD-TRIZ to discover and solve the contradiction between user needs and product design technology, and then propose design schemes to improve the performance and user satisfaction of pet grooming machines. Firstly, the user needs were obtained from online evaluation texts of online shopping platforms, market product research and pet owners, and the AHP was used to conduct a hierarchical analysis on user needs, calculate the indicator weight value, and determine the priority of need indicators. Secondly, QFD was used to transform user needs into specific design technical requirements, and identify the contradictions and conflicts in the design. Finally, TRIZ theory was used to select appropriate separation methods and invention principles to solve different contradictions and conflicts, so as to obtain an innovative design scheme for the pet grooming machine, and the effect of the overall scheme was verified through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Based on the conflict resolution method obtained by the integrated application method of AHP-QFD-TRIZ, the design and verification of the pet grooming machine were completed. Through the application of this integrated method, it is proved that this method is feasible and effective to improve the performance and user satisfaction of pet grooming machine.
