The work aims to provide new ideas for the construction of an elderly-oriented health management system driven by the concept of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation, and to provide new strategies for strengthening the awareness of elderly health management, in response to the problems of incomplete service systems and insufficient utilization of traditional Chinese medicine advantages in elderly health management. Data visualization methods were used to draw a traditional Chinese medicine health preservation atlas, and translate it into a health management service touchpoint, effectively sinking traditional health preservation concepts. Based on the service system design method, the user behavior analysis method, and the Delphi method, the design ideas of integrating the traditional Chinese medicine health preservation atlas into elderly health management. Based on the practical design concept of elderly-oriented health management, a health management system for the elderly is constructed, including an active health maintenance system for the elderly under the concept of "treating diseases before they occur", a disease grading diagnosis and treatment system for the elderly under the background of value co-creation, and a chronic disease management system for the elderly under the concept of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation. The Cronbach reliability analysis of the elderly-oriented health management system demonstrates its effectiveness and value, providing effective references for related elderly-oriented design.
