User Behavior of Vaccine Hesitancy Intervention in Brucellosis Vaccine Service Design

Abstract

To address the problem of vaccine hesitancy in the course of brucellosis vaccination in the pastoral area of Inner Mongolia, the work aims to analyze the influencing factors of vaccination behavior based on behavioral theory, built a theoretical model of vaccination behavior intervention, and design the user behavior in vaccination service. Firstly, the factors influencing the vaccination behavior of herdsmen were identified by the grounded theory, and the theoretical model of vaccine hesitancy intervention was constructed. Secondly, fsQCA analysis was used to obtain the configuration path of vaccination behavior, reveal users' pain points and clarify users' needs. Finally, according to the needs of users, the persuasive intervention strategy was proposed, and the intervention of user behavior was designed. In terms of user behavioral needs, three types of conditions were found to trigger vaccination behavior. In addition to trust, complacency, convenience, communication and collective responsibility, context was also one of the important factors for vaccine hesitancy. The vaccine hesitancy scale is integrated into the FBM model, and the complex causal relationship between the variables is discussed, which provides a quantitative reference for objectively evaluating users' vaccination behavior and could effectively evaluate the behavior generation level of users, so as to propose more precise and accurate persuasion strategies.
