Design of Household Paste Machine Based on Service Design Concept

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of use experience of household paste machine products, the work aims to put forward a design methodology model of household paste machine based on SJKADV, and involve service design methods into the design process of KANO model, analytic hierarchy process and VOA design evaluation method, so as to optimize and upgrade products and improve user experience. Firstly, systematic analysis tools such as stakeholder and user journey map were used to discover the needs of users and other stakeholders and systematically obtain user needs. Secondly, the KANO model was used to divide the attributes of user needs, and the hierarchical analysis model was constructed, and then the comprehensive weight value of user needs was calculated to obtain the priority ranking of each need item. Finally, according to the sorting results, the scheme design of the household paste machine was carried out, and the Value Opportunity Analysis (VOA) was used to evaluate the scheme. This design methodology model can improve the system and accuracy of user need acquisition, enhance the rationality of user need structure optimization, strengthen the objectivity of user need ranking, and then improve the fluency of users in the whole process of product use and optimize service quality, so as to provide a method for reference for household product design.
