Structural Design Method of Paper Packaging for Small Electronic Products in Digital Age

Abstract

The work aims to develop a paper packaging structure design system for small electronic products based on AutoCAD Visual LISP language, achieve automatic packaging structure design, and enhance design efficiency and accuracy. Firstly, the packaging needs for small electronic products were analyzed, identifying two main sales modes: single carton display mode and palletized sale mode. Based on these analyses, the dimensional structures of different packaging forms were optimized. Subsequently, a parameterized automated paper packaging structure design system was developed on the AutoCAD platform by deeply integrating the dimensional structure optimization strategies with Visual LISP programming technology. This system could automatically generate structural design drawings of cartons, boxes, pallets, and pallets, as well as a bill of materials and 3D preview diagrams of package stacking arrangements, according to user-input parameters. The research results indicated that the system significantly improved design efficiency and accuracy, reducing the design cycle. Specific examples demonstrated the system's flexibility and practicality in the design and could respond different market needs in a rapid way. The paper packaging structure design system based on AutoCAD Visual LISP achieves automation and intelligence in the entire process of paper packaging structure design, adapts to different design requirements, and has high values of application, providing an efficient and comprehensive solution for the paper packaging structure design of small electronic products.
