Abstract

Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), green packaging design principles, and the unique elements of Wanzhou's regional culture, this study aims to design and evaluate tea packaging for Wanzhou. The goal is to integrate these elements into green tea packaging design to enhance the regional identity and cultural expression of the product, thereby improving consumer experience and emotional resonance.Using the AHP method, a packaging design system was constructed to analyze the weights of design elements and rank them based on their importance. This process optimized the design philosophy and strategies for green tea packaging in Wanzhou.Through the packaging design system built using the AHP method, a set of green tea packaging incorporating the unique cultural elements of Wanzhou was designed and evaluated.The practical application demonstrated the applicability of the AHP method in the design of green tea packaging for Wanzhou. By rational analysis, the quality of the packaging was optimized, effectively attracting and retaining consumers, enhancing the added value and market share of the product. This has injected new vitality and momentum into the development of the Wanzhou tea industry.
