Abstract

The work aims to conduct weight analysis on the demand for hearing service Apps, and propose design strategy optimization by exploring the current situation of the use of hearing services by the hearing-impaired people, analyzing the unique perception patterns and group differentiation of service groups, and utilizing the perceptual characteristics of user sensory compensation. By conducting user interviews and questionnaire surveys on the demands of hearing-impaired people, KANO was used to analyze the demand elements and obtain a set of elements. An ANP structure demand judgment matrix was constructed, and indicators of the mutual influence between the elements were obtained. Based on the demand elements, corresponding functional indicators were extracted, and the comprehensive weights were ranked according to their importance. The highest relevance indicator was matched, and the design core elements were transformed into design strategies. Using KANO and ANP methods to deeply explore user demands under sensory compensation in the hearing-impaired people, and transforming user needs through design practice can enhance the perceived validity of listening service Apps and optimize the user experience for hearing-impaired people.
