Human-Pet Emotional Interaction Product Design Based on Kano-QFD-TRIZ

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of single function and lack of emotional interaction of current human-pet products, the work aims to propose a human-pet emotional interaction product design method integrating Kano-QFD-TRIZ model. Firstly, based on the three-level theory of emotional interaction, the pet-keeping users' requirements were meticulously classified through the Kano model, and 10 key users' requirements were obtained. Secondly, the HOQ matrix was constructed by using QFD to accurately map the users' requirements to the design features of the emotional interaction products, and the prioritized ranking was applied to determine the functional requirements with high relevance to the requirements. Finally, according to the substance-field model of TRIZ theory, the design conflicts in the practice process were resolved, and the optimal human-pet emotional interaction product solution was derived. A human-pet emotional interaction product centered on an intelligent robot and an intelligent App was designed by the Kano-QFD-TRIZ model combined with the emotional interaction theory. The Kano-QFD-TRIZ model improves the emotionality and scientificity in the decision-making process of human-pet interaction products, proves the importance and feasibility of emotional interaction in the design of human-pet products, and provides new ideas for the design of human-pet emotional and intelligent products.
