From Perception to Intention: Review of User Experience Research on Multi-scenario Intelligent Products

Abstract

The work aims to systematically review the research progress in the field of user experience for multi-scenario intelligent products over the past decade and explore its theoretical and practical value in cross-scenario design and optimization. Based on bibliometric methods, combined with literature from CNKI and relevant academic journals, relevant studies from 2015 to 2025 were selected. CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used for keyword co-occurrence, timeline evolution, and topic clustering analysis to analyze research hotspots, development trends, and key issues from three dimensions: application scenarios, interaction design, and user experience. The user experience of multi-scenario intelligent products exhibited significant context dependence and domain differences. The main problems were concentrated in four aspects: functional adaptation, interface optimization, personalized services, and emotional experience. Simultaneously, the research revealed that user experience design was developing from single-function optimization towards multi-scenario adaptation and emotional resonance. A four-layer multi-scenario user experience framework of "perception-behavior-cognition-intention" is proposed, providing a systematic methodology for solving the problem of multi-scenario experience differences, and providing theoretical basis and practical reference for intelligent product design optimization and multi-scenario user experience improvement.
