Cultural and Creative Product Design Based on Regional Culture

Abstract

The work aims to provide ideas for designing cultural and creative products with regional culture, better protect and promote regional cultural traditions, enhance cultural identity, and improve the quality and connotation of cultural and creative products. Relevant literature was studied to understand the theory and practice of regional culture and cultural and creative product design at home and abroad. Combining research and design experience, the role of integrating regional culture into cultural and creative product design was discussed, and strategies for integrating regional culture into cultural and creative product design were explored. In conclusion, integrating regional culture into cultural and creative product design can highlight the cultural characteristics of cultural and creative products, highlight the regional characteristics of cultural and creative products, and enhance the added value of cultural and creative products. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply understand the spiritual connotation of regional culture, integrate it into cultural and creative product design, clarify product design concepts, fully explore regional characteristic elements, pay attention to and consider audience needs, and divide target groups, implant deep cultural connotations, so as to design cultural and creative products that meet modern aesthetics.
