Elastic Space Structure Design of Tea Set Air Bag Packaging under "Dual-carbon" Strategy

Abstract

The work aims to propose an elastic inflatable packaging solution under the background of "green logistics" and the "dual-carbon" strategy, to address issues in traditional tea set packaging, such as excessive filling, material waste, and low reuse rates. By employing the Entropy Weight-TOPSIS method, an environmentally friendly and cost-effective packaging solution was selected to ensure the sustainability of packaging design. Furthermore, the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) was utilized to quantitatively assess various uncertainties, enhancing the accuracy of decision-making. To optimize the design process, the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method was used with customer needs and technical requirements to ensure that the packaging met functional needs, market expectations, and environmental protection standards. Moreover, to resolve potential contradictions in technological implementation, the TRIZ theory was applied to propose innovative technical solutions. Through the integration of these methodologies, the study ensures the protective performance of tea set packaging while achieving material reduction and recyclability. This research provides new insights and innovative paradigms for the green packaging design of ceramic products, offering practical solutions for advancing green logistics and sustainable development.
