A Multi-agent Collaborative Design Paradigm for Jingchu Cultural and Creative Products in Smart Living Scenarios

Abstract

To address issues such as interaction perceptual fragmentation, discontinuous cultural narratives, and lack of user agency caused by multi-device coordination in smart living scenarios, the work aims to construct a "Human-in-the-loop" driven multi-agent collaborative design paradigm. Firstly, a multi-agent system (MAS) comprising Human Agents, Generative Agents, and Environment Agents was established to resolve collaborative challenges in complex decision-making within smart scenarios. Secondly, a Narrative State Machine (NSM) was introduced to define the "motif-phase-emotion" triple, ensuring high logical and semantic consistency in cross-terminal narratives. Finally, an Active Hash Interaction Network (AHIN) was utilized to record full-link behaviors in the "Question-Answer-Co-creation-Exhibition" (Q-A-C-E) process, safeguarding user cultural agency and asset traceability throughout the collaborative process. With Jingchu Han Embroidery as the practical vehicle, a three-tier conflict resolution algorithm of "cultural rule checking-emotional intention-consistency analysis-resource response optimization" was designed, and a prototype system for smart living scenarios was developed. The feasibility of this paradigm in alleviating concurrent narrative fragmentation across multiple devices and safeguarding user subjectivity was then verified through small-scale heuristic evaluation. This paradigm provides a preliminary design framework and implementation logic for exploring the transition of digital intelligence cultural and creative products from "static display" to "dynamic symbiosis". However, its algorithmic performance and quantitative experience metrics in large-scale scenarios require further empirical supplementation.
