Research on Interaction Design of Jing Ethnic Single-string Zither Study APP Based on KANO-AHP

Abstract

The work aims to analyze core interaction needs and construct an interaction design scheme suitable for the Jing Ethnic Single-string Zither Study APP based on the theory of situational cognition, so as to enhance teenagers' cognitive level and participation in the inheritance of the Jing Ethnic Single-string Zither. Through in-depth interviews and research, the situational cognitive needs of teenagers for the interaction of the Jing Ethnic Single-string Zither Study APP were explored. Then, the KANO model was used to classify the need attributes, identifying three types of attributes: essential, expected, and attractive. At the same time, the weight calculation and priority analysis of the KANO model results were carried out in combination with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The research invited experts to score and complete consistency tests, ultimately obtaining the ranking of the importance of each need. Based on the priority analysis of KANO-AHP and the expert consistency test, this study proposed an interaction design scheme for the Jing Ethnic Single-string Zither Study APP oriented towards situational cognitive needs. The overall design was more in line with the learning characteristics and cognitive styles of teenagers. In conclusion, based on the theory of situational cognition, this study uses KANO-AHP to identify, classify and rank the interaction needs of the Jing Ethnic Single-string Zither Study APP, proposes a design strategy for the adolescent group, and verifies the application value and scientific feasibility of this method in the design of intangible cultural heritage study APPs.
