Currently, the "information cocoon" phenomenon on online platforms is becoming increasingly serious. Information narrowing, information overload, and information distortion bring negative experiences to users, reduce their confidence in products, and affect continuous use. The work aims to explore the key factors influencing users' continuous use intention, providing feasible principles and strategies for APP design. Based on platform objective conditions and the psychological reactance theory, the influencing factors model for continuous use intention was constructed and verified through stepwise regression analysis to identify significant influencing factors and their coefficient sizes and conduct an in-depth analysis of the satisfaction levels of each factor and generate corresponding design strategies to guide APP design. Platform objective conditions, such as sensory stimulation, information quality, cognitive load, interaction quality, and cognitive regulation, had a significant positive impact on users' psychological reactance, cocoon-breaking drive, as well as perceived value and cost, ultimately influencing users' continuous use intention. By synthesizing the commonalities among factors using the Delphi method and formulating corresponding design strategies, questionnaire results indicate that cognitive training APPs adopting these design strategies demonstrate a higher continuous use intention among users.
