In response to the low efficiency and weak effectiveness commonly seen in current digital display and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage (ICH), the work aims to explore how to optimize dissemination paths through functional game design. Drawing on the functional game design theory, the "Triadic Symbiosis" concept, and the five-element player experience model, this study proposed a functional game design framework for ICH titled "One Core Value + Three Interactive Loops". The framework was verified through the self-designed game "Porcelain Town Shopkeeper" via behavioral tracking, knowledge testing, and data collection. In Loop 1, the framework enabled playful manipulation of ICH knowledge with immediate feedback, which increased recognition accuracy and reduced operational error. In Loop 2, it constructed systematic learning and long-term goals; within the experimental period, players' mastery of ICH pattern knowledge increased significantly compared with pre-test. In Loop 3, it created cultural atmosphere through art, narrative, and sound, significantly strengthening players' cognition of the cultural symbols mapped by the game's theme. The "One Core Value + Three Interactive Loops" framework provides an effective path for digital dissemination of ICH that integrates both educational and entertainment functions. Compared with traditional presentation forms, it yields substantially higher efficiency in knowledge transmission and demonstrates practical value in enhancing players' cultural identity and ICH inheritance.
