The work aims to investigate interactive home product design from the perspective of cultural genes, analyzing their coupling with users' aesthetic experiences and proposing an aesthetic mechanism suited to the context of digitalization and intelligent technologies. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to classify cultural genes into three levels of surface, intermediate, and deep, comprising nine types in total, with corresponding weights determined through an evaluation index system and judgment matrices. A mapping matrix between cultural genes and aesthetic experience generation pathways was then constructed and normalized to quantify their contributions. The results revealed a non-uniform distribution of cultural gene weights and significant differences across hierarchical levels in shaping aesthetic pathways. Based on this, a CG-AG (Cultural Gene-driven Aesthetic Generation) model was constructed to reveal the internal mechanism of the transformation from cultural genes to aesthetic experience in interactive home product design. By examining the ecological validity and explanatory power of typical products in usage scenarios, the specific manifestation of the model was analyzed, providing support for design optimization of such products. Reconstructing users' aesthetic experience through design serves as an important channel for digital and intelligent technologies to empower the dissemination and evolution of cultural genes. Investigating this aesthetic mechanism helps interactive home product design better conform to current development trends, and realize the in-depth integration and continuous regeneration of daily life and aesthetic experience.
