| 摘要: |
| 目的 突发事件具有多发、频发的特点，还可能造成严重的人员伤亡和经济损失，对于突发事件中应急产品进行相关研究，有助于厘清我国应急产业和产品的现状，预测后续的设计研发趋势，以便有效地应对各种突发事件。方法 基于概念辨析和范围界定的基础，对国外文献研究借助Web of Science数据库进行收集和梳理，运用Histcite软件分析出文献间的相互脉络，定位近年热度文献，提炼研究热点方向。国内研究采用中国知网数据库内的文献进行分析，归纳国内相关研究的领域侧重点。结论 国内应急产业起步晚，技术含量低，应急管理、产业规划和产品研发体系均不够完善，但科技+互联网的助力有望大幅度提升应急产品体系，并基于现有问题针对政府和企业给出了相应的建议。 |

| The frequent occurrence of emergencies has brought serious casualties and economic losses. The work aims to carry out relevant researches on emergency products in emergencies, which is helpful to clarify the current situation of China’s emergency industry and products and predict the follow-up design and development trend, so as to effectively respond to various emergencies. Based on the concept discrimination and scope definition, foreign literature researches with the help of web of science database were collected and sorted out. The mutual context of the literature was analyzed with Histcite software, and the hot literature in recent years was located to extract the hot research direction. Domestic researches were analyzed with the literature in China CNKI database to summarize the focus of domestic related research fields. The domestic emergency industry starts late, with low technology content and imperfect emergency management, industrial planning and product R & D system. However, the technology + Internet is expected to greatly improve the emergency product system, and the corresponding suggestions are given to the government and enterprises based on the existing problems. |
