      通过阐述用户体验设计的概念、内涵,分析了其与产品设计和互联网购物网站的关系,并对现有购物网站中的用户体验设计进行分析,论述了互联网购物中存在的问题和解决的方案,进而分析了用户体验设计在互联网购物网站中发挥重要作用的可行性。提出了用户体验设计应具备贯穿用户与购物网站交互的所有过程的特点,以及通过用户体验设计提高用户对购物网站的信任度和忠诚度,并提出了用户体验设计在购物网站中的方法和原则以及把其运用在购物网站中的合理性。
英文摘要:
      By elaborating the concept and connotation of, it analyzed the relationship between user experience design and product design as well as user experience design and the internet shopping website. Furthermore, it analyzed the current user experience design in the existing shopping website, discussed the existing problems of internet shopping and the solutions to them, and then analyzed the feasibility of user experience design playing an important role in the internet shopping website. It put forward that the user experience design should fully run through the interaction process of users and shopping website, and in order to improve the user to the shopping website trust and loyalty, the user experience design should interrelate online shopping with reality shopping. Finally, it put forward the method, principle as well as its rationality of user experience design applying in the shopping website.
