| 目的通过表面肌电试验，分析肌电信号变化特点，从而评价按摩椅按摩效应。方法在按摩椅按摩时，检测并记录被试者按摩部位的肌电信号。根据肌电信号计算肌电的4个常用指标：表面肌电绝对值积分（iEMG）、均方根值（RMS）、平均功率频率（MPF）和中位频率（MF），然后分析与比较按摩全程的各个肌电指标变化特点。结果表面肌电绝对值积分值是先降低后升高的，均方根值逐渐降低的，平均功率频率值是缓慢升高的，中位频率值是缓慢升高的，按摩全程的4个肌电指标变化趋势反映了按摩椅按摩可以缓解肌肉疲劳。结论运用肌电试验进行按摩椅按摩效应的人机评价是有效与可行的。 |

| Objective It evaluated the massage effects of massage chairs，through surface electromyography tests and analyzing the changing character of EMG signal.MethodsIn the massage test，EMG signals of massage location were detected and recorded.According to the EMG signals，the value of four indicators were calculated，which includes iEMG， RMS，MPF and MF.Finally，the characters of changed EMG indicators were analyzed and compared.ResultsThe value of iEMG was decreased at first and then increased，the value of RMS was decreased gradually，the value of MPF was increased，and the value of MF was also increased slowly.Changing trends of EMG indicators show the massage of massage chairs can relieve fatigue.ConclusionBy EMG test，the ergonomics evaluation of the massage effects of chair massages is effective and feasible. |
