| 目的 研究江苏省包装产业绿色、低碳发展的方法 。方法 分析了我国发展绿色、低碳经济面临的挑战。以调研为基础，从污染和废弃物的产生分析了江苏省包装产业的发展现状，进而从企业的理念、员工素质、企业交流等5个方面，论述了企业向绿色低碳发展转型的方法 ，又从政府机制、市场环境、监管制度等4个方面，论述了政府在此过程中需采取的措施。结论 为江苏省包装产业绿色低碳发展提出了可行性建议。 |

| Objective Research on the methods of green，low-carbon development of packaging industry in Jiangsu Province. Methods It analyzed the challenges facing China′s development of green，low-carbon economy.Based on research，from the generation of pollution and waste，it analyzed the current development of the packaging industry in Jiangsu province.Then from the five aspects of the enterprise concept，staff quality，business communication，it discussed the method of green，low-carbon development transformation；and from the four aspects of government mechanism，the market environment，supervision system，it discussed the need to adopt the measures of government in this process. Conclusion For the packaging industry in Jiangsu Province，green，low-carbon development put forward feasible suggestions. |
