| 目的 从中国本土化的视角研究产品服务系统以及可持续发展过程的实践。 方法 以武汉 24 h 自助图书馆服务系统为背景，结合实践项目城市自助图书馆服务系统，例举使用方法及服务系统构架。结论 在可持续设计的理念下，分析自助图书馆系统服务的问题点，提升图书馆自助阅读体验，探索可持续实践对社会发展的积极作用。 |

| In order to research the product-service system and practice of sustainable development from the perspective of the Chinese localization, this paper took Wuhan 24 hours self-service library system as a background combined with the practice project of city self-help library service system, and illustrated methods of application and architecture of the service system. Under the concept of sustainable design, analyzing the problems of city self-help library service system can improve the self-help library service experiences and explore the positive effect of sustainable practices on social development. |
