| 目的 探讨如何进行交易型信息亭界面的幽灵按钮设计，以提升用户使用效率与服务体验。方法 结合常州市地铁自动售票界面设计方案，阐述幽灵按钮的定义、起源、要素特征与实施方法，提出幽灵按钮的设计原则。结论 在交易型信息亭界面中，坚持幽灵按钮设计的关联性、对比性与简洁性原则，可减轻用户记忆负担、思考压力和视觉压力，从而增强交互优越性，提升用户体验。 |

| It aims to discuss how to apply ghost buttons to the self payment kiosk interface, to improve the efficiency and user experience. By taking the design scheme of Changzhou metro ticket vending machine user interface into account, it elaborates the concept, origin, key elements and characteristics of the ghost button, with the design process. It further points out three design principles along with its utilization in self payment kiosk. Sticking to the principles of relevance, contrast and simplicity in the design of ghost button is a good way to reduce burdens of memorizing and thinking, as well as the visual pressure, and enhance the interactive user experience. |
