      目的 研究消费者在产品测试中的情绪状态,以判断产品走向市场后的销售预期。方法 通过对面部肌肉结构的解剖和面部器官运动规律的分析,抽象出三角形模型来描述情绪状态变化。定量测算三角形模型的特征值,来定性判别不同的情绪状态。结果 不同情绪状态下的面部表情,对应着唯一的三角形模型特征值,即m数组,可有效判别测试者的情绪状态。结论 提出了产品带给消费者情绪状态变化的判别机制,可判断消费者对产品的喜好状态及产品的销售预期,研究结果同样可为商业市场环境内的商品销售预期研究提供有效的判断依据。
英文摘要:
      To study the emotional state of the consumer in product test, in order to judge the consumer's purchase expectations. Based on the anatomy of the facial muscles and the regular pattern of facial organ movement, the triangle model is abstracted to describe the change of the emotional state. The characteristic value of the triangle model is calculated quantitatively to judge the different emotional states qualitatively. The characteristic value of the triangle model:M array is one-to-one corresponding to the facial expressions in different emotional states. Discrimination mechanism of the emotional state changes brought by the product proposed in this paper, can judge consumer preferences and sales expectations. The results can also provide effective judgment basis for the research of commodity sales expectations in the commercial market.
