| 目的 研究比较典型的移动阅读应用的用户体验差异，并为移动阅读应用的设计方向提出建议。方法 基于用户感官、交互、情感3个方面的体验，对3个移动阅读应用（掌阅iReader、QQ阅读、Kindle阅读）的用户体验进行分析与比较。结论 掌阅iReader、QQ阅读的用户体验优于Kindle阅读。根据这3款电子书阅读器的分析与比较提出相应的改善建议，达到提升用户满意度的目的。 |

| It aims to study the difference of user experience in typical mobile reading application, and to provide some suggestions for the design of mobile reading application. Based on the three aspects of the user's sense, interaction and emotion, it analyzes and compares the user experience of the three mobile reading applications(Palm reading iReader, QQ reading, Kindle reading). Palm reading iReader, QQ reading user experience is better than Kindle reading. According to the analysis and comparison of these three e-book readers, it puts forward some corresponding suggestions to improve the user satisfaction. |
