| 目的 深入剖析海滨地区文化的特质，围绕海滨老年社区文化建设的发展模式，实现老年人文化生活品质与海滨特色文化发展的双效统一，满足养老人群在老年社区中对文化内容的特殊需求，以实现高质量的老年文化生活。方法 分析海滨老年社区当下的发展现状，并借鉴优秀的社区案例,探讨在老龄化社会的发展趋势下，区域文化对老年社区的重要影响，如何建设具有地域性特色的老年社区文化以及提高文化服务质量等方面进行研究。结论 将海滨地区的地域性文化注入到老年社区的文化建设中，以符合老年人文化生活的需求为基础，形成海滨老年社区文化建设的新思路、新模式，也为海滨地区的地域性文化发展进程提供新的契机。 |

| The work aims to thoroughly analyze the cultural characteristics of the seaside area, realize the double-effect integration of the elderly's cultural life quality and the seaside characteristic culture development around the development mode of seaside elderly community cultural construction, and meet the special needs of the elderly in the elderly community for cultural content, in order to achieve high-quality elderly cultural life. The regional cultural concept was transferred to the elderly community in the seaside area. The current development status of the seaside elderly community was analyzed, and the excellent community case was used for reference. Under the development trend of the aging society, the regional culture having an important impact on the elderly community and how to build the elderly community culture with regional characteristics and improve the quality of cultural services, etc. were discussed. The regional culture of the seaside area is incorporated into the cultural construction of the elderly community. On the basis of meeting the cultural life needs of the elderly, the new idea and new model for the construction of the seaside elderly community culture are formed, and new opportunities are also provided for the development process of regional culture in the seaside area. |
