| 目的 结合新零售创新模式和“互联网+医疗”服务体制，分析研究以提高医院服务质量和效率为目的的线上、线下闭环式医疗用品泛零售的新模态，为医院这种复杂、特殊的使用情境设计更方便、快捷、高效、舒适、合理的医用柜。方法 基于用户体验设计的方法，通过实地考察、发放问卷、用户访谈等方式，对现有医用柜产品进行调查研究，分析总结现有产品的问题和缺点，整合新零售和“互联网+”系统设计的理念，进行一款智能医用柜产品的运营模式、形态、人机交互、APP界面及结构等方面的优化创新设计。结论 All-in智能医用柜及其APP设计融合线上线下的全渠道，是“互联网+医疗”在新零售模式背景下的一次全新探索，为我国健康医疗零售行业设计提供了一种思路，对转变医疗服务模式，建立和谐稳定的医患关系具有积极的意义。 |

| The work aims to analyze and study the new mode of pan-retail of online and offline closed-loop medical supplies aiming at improving the service quality and efficiency of hospitals, so as to design more convenient, rapid, efficient, comfortable and reasonable medical cabinets for the complex and special use situation of hospitals, in combination with the new retail innovation mode and the "Internet+ Medical" service system. Based on the method of user experience design, the existing medical cabinet products were investigated and studied through on-the-spot investigation, questionnaires and user interviews. The problems and shortcomings of the existing products were analyzed and summarized. The new retail and "Internet plus" system design concepts were integrated to optimize and innovate the operation mode, form, human-computer interaction, APP interface and structure of an intelligent medical cabinet product. All-in intelligent medical cabinet and its APP design integrated with online and offline channels are brand-new explorations of "Internet+ Medical" under the background of new retail model. It provides a way of thinking for the design of China's healthy medical retail industry and has positive significance for changing the medical service mode and establishing a harmonious and stable doctor-patient relationship. |
